I am very excited about this very special two hour class on Saturday November 4th 2017 because I bring a new friend and incredible healer to the Yoga Room in Ashbourne.
There are not many people like Jane Gribbin in our world. She is one of the few people I have met that through spiritual means that can heal dis-ease residing in the physical, mental or soul body.
Beautifully combined with a yoga morning with me (Claire) Jane has agreed to an energy healing session / guided meditation with all who attend.
Here is how the morning will go ~
10am ~ A Gentle/Mild Yoga movement practice (not ashtanga but a vinyasa movement to build the energy to prepare us for Jane)
*Beginners can attend aswell as those who have yoga experience from all schools & styles of yoga
11am ~ Sitting or lying down in a circle Jane will begin her energy healing as we just relax and listen to the guided meditation
There will be a limit of 10 places. The cost is €40 and to be paid before Saturday the 4th.
Should the class fill to this amount there may be extra space to attend the energy healing only. This counts if the 10 student max is reached.
